I have a 1937 ford 1 1/2 ton long wheelbase flat bed . I am looking for a part that Ford called a stud . it was actually the bushing that pressed into the transverse front spring eyes . They also pressed into the bores at the front end of the axel locateing trailing arm . There were four of them all the same . the stud ran right through the bushing , and was threaded at both ends and a square was machined on each end of the stud to fit into the shackle tie plates . The reproduction Chassis Parts List 1928-1937 cars and trucks (orange cover) shows the part in the exploded view on page 217 ref # 5463 . And then the part is listed on page 219 as part# 51-5463A . I would like to find NOS parts , If push come to shove I can make bushings , but I would like to keep it original if posible . Any help would be appreciated
