Bill White has it, this is an RRC. Rubber Railway Company trucks were built in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. The truck was articulated, or hinged in the middle, and was steered using hydraulic cylinders to pivot the frame. The engine was a Cummins VTO-903 with 320 hp. These trucks were built from 1970 to at least 1975 and perhaps longer. Most of them were used in mixer applications, but a few were built as dump trucks also. Scott is right also, that is an L model Ford cab. Thanks to Michael for the photos; the last one is from the Martin Phippard Collection at Hank's Truck Pictures.
