Yup, it's a White, a very nicely appointed deluxe town car delivery from about 1929 or so. It seems that many manufacturers were building these elaborate delivery cars around this time but the Whites were among the snazziest. This one may have been built on White's popular 51A chassis. Bill White had this 1st; thanks to Dan Souday for the photos and Bill for the 1928 ad.

The WAI is maybe a model 60, a six cylinder with a pressed steel radiator shell.  The bottom photo is maybe a 602 with a cast aluminum radiator shell.  They both used the same six cylinder engine but may have had different bores.  The 4 cylinder models of the 1920s had shorter hoods.  I still haven't figured out if the four cylinder engine could have been in these chassis under a different model number.
