Everyone was on the right track with this little delivery. This was identified as a Stutz Pak-Age-Car from about 1937. I don't see any evidence of a Diamond T emblem, so I would have to agree it is a Stutz. We ran a Pak-Age-Car in the WAI last June, here is a link, there is some good info here and if I had to explain its lineage again I would end up with a huge headache !

Warren, if I have my facts straight (see link above) all the Auburn-built Pak-age-Cars were marketed as Diamond T's since Auburn no longer had a dealer network.
