I'll say Autocar, although that might be too easy.  I don't think Autocar had chain drive, but maybe I'll hit a the jackpot.

I think it's a 1906/07 Model A 1 ton truck manufactured by the Coppock Motor Car Co., Marion (Indiana).

Dont forget the 3 & 5 ton chain drive trucks similar to the WAI one manufactured by the Auto-Car Equipment Co., from Buffalo (New York) between 1904 thru 1906.

Direct from France, we have the correct answer to a very difficult WAI. This truck is a 1907 Coppock Model A one ton truck.  Coppock trucks were built in Marion Indiana starting in 1906. Late in 1907 Coppock production was moved to Decatur, and in 1909 Coppock became the Decatur Motor Company. The last Decatur was built in 1915. Thanks to Brian Kelly for the ad, and Dan Souday for the specs.
