While it does have sort of an oversized Model A Ford appearance to it (suggesting Lincoln). I am going to go with Hudson just to be different.

In 1920s, Lincoln chassis were used for small busses (hotel bus) & fire trucks.
Looking the shape of the rear body, this one was a fire truck.
