Not many answers here, but they are all right. This truck is a Kenworth from around 1930. The photo is from the United States Forest Service and was taken in the Olympic National Forest in northwest Washington State in 1933. Interestingly this fire service truck appears to be just a regular stake body truck without any specialized fire equipment mounted on it. Brian Kelly had this 1st. 

I've attached a couple of other photos of Kenworths of the same vintage.
