I think Chico Marx copied his get-up from this gentleman. Photo from Mike W.

I never knew Packard made a cabover.  I'll say Locomobile.

It's hard to fool Bill White, he had this just a few minutes after I posted it. I thought this would be much tougher ! This is a 1904 Packard, said to be either the 1st or 3rd experimental Packard truck, depending on which photo caption you beleive. It must have had some historical value, as Packard still had it at their factory in 1939 when the 1st 2 pictures below were taken. I wonder what became of it ? I hope it ended up in a museum somewhere. Packard built their last real truck in 1923, but due to the heavy construction of the Packard automobile chassis, many professional cars (ambulances, hearses, etc), fire trucks, and even tow trucks were built on them in the '20's and '30's. Thanks to Mike W for the photos below, from the Packard Info website. Lat pic is a 1905-06 model with a 1905 Model N Packard automobile.
