             "Could Really Use Some Help"

I just purchased a fairly solid "1966 Ford N-Series Dump Truck"

                             VIN# N60CU412339

(Hard To Read) Door Tag: 163V-N602-81A-F-64-19500-13?(3or5)-?80?-40  that I need to "Get Operational and Put It To Work" !!!  I need help deciphering the codes.  Ford Dealer "Is No Help." I also need to find an affordable used specification / repair manual, find out who mounted hydraulics for the dump bed and find the maintenance repair information.
This truck sat in dry storage for about 15 years, so it will need some TLC.

Any advise, direction, interchange part sources locator &/or interchange manual information for this truck would be deeply appreciated.  I'm on a "low budget" operational restoration, so I need to locate affordable used manuals and parts.  The construction economy is "in the dumps" here in south-central Indiana.

I have been told by guys who owned or worked the N-Series
during the 60's that "They Are Mules and Hard To Break" !!!

"Thank You" for your kind consideration and assistance,

Steve, Welcome,,,the "C" in your VIN means a 330 2 barrel carb, FE series motor,if the dealer can't find that,,find another dealer! No real magic in N series except for sheet metal,, mechanical parts same as F series as far as I know, usual parts sources such as NAPA should be able to get all common service parts.  PM me if I can help further.   Park,,,,'57 F600

I must have missed this when it was first posted. Send me all the info off your VIN plate and I will decode all of it for you.
