Looking for anyone who may have information regarding the silver color Ruan used on wheels in the late 70's - late 80's. Thanks

Argent

Argent is the French word for silver!

I looked back over the years of Ruan photos and could not find any photos of silver painted Budd wheels. Ruan seems to have gone from spokes to polished aluminum wheels with a dressed up look, and painted white 2-hole Budds for everything else.

I thought I remembered silver wheels on the fuel tankers that delivered to our station, but that's a long time ago!

Might possibly have been polished aluminum wheels would be my guess. I ran some of those.
