Inserting a photo. This makes the photo visible when the message is opened. 
1. To insert the photo, Click the button in circle #1 above.
2. The window below appears.
3. If the photo you wish to insert is located on your PC select the button in circle #1 and the next window appears.
4. If the photo resides on the Internet type its address in the box in circle #2.
If the photo is on your PC Click on the photo you wish to insert and select the open button.
5. Click the "Add Image" button.
Attaching a photo.This creates a link to your photo that requires you to click on the link to make is viewable.
1. To attach the photo, Click the button in circle #2 above.
2. The window below appears.
3. If the photo you wish to attach is located on your PC select the button in circle #1 and this window appears.
4. If the photo resides on the Internet type its address in the box in circle #2.
If the photo is on your PC. Click on the photo you wish to attach and select the open button.
