It might be a KW-Dart with Kenworth badges on it. I think at some point Sicard got in with Kenworth and Dart, not too sure of the name of that company however...

how about a C-500 ?

I'd go with Tony on the 850.When the C500s are built BIG they still look like a C500.For referance, the one in this pic is on 12X24 rubber and the stakes on the 50 foot trailers are at 13'6".John

that looks like 2 of the premay tractors that were for mine hauling up in ft mac murrary alberta..  i think it was a 850  model they had them in the 1980's
