Thank you Serge, I guess that's why it is listed in a section with the model 54.

This WAI could be a special or early version of a 730 using a 24" planetary.  730 models actually had a 24" wheel option and 731 just 22", according to CCJ. 

Don McKenzie wrote to me saying he got the picture from the White archives at ATHS.  I'm tempted to go there for a week's vacation!
