Well, here goes. I hope that I am fullfilling the expectations of this topic and that I post something that you all find worth reading.

My dad was a truck driver, and while I did not live with my father, I still acquired his passion for trucks.  He began driving in the late 1960's.  I'll save his story for another post.

I enjoy collecting photographs of old trucks, particularly ones that are not beautiful and shiny, i.e. junkyard jewels.  I am currently the owner of nine trucks, several of them vintage.  I have only purchased two, a 1954 B Model Mack plus my daily driver.  The rest were either given to me by my grandfather or inherited from my father.

My profession is music education.  I am a middle school band director in a rural area of West Virginia. I have a wife, Jesse, and a beautiful little girl, Hannah Marie.  She was born on August 27th, 2009.

I enjoy reading the posts on this forum.  There is always a goldmine of interesting stuff going on, and I hope that my contributions are worthwhile.
