,

Mike this is a screen resolution issue. The add button is there you just can't see it. Theres a bunch of technical stuff you can do to fix it. They all require you to make changes to your computer.
There is another quick and easy solution. Try this.

  1. select your photo just like the instructions say to do.
  2. Click once somewhere in the box labeled "Link to image"
  3. Hit the tab key once (this moves the curser to the "ADD" button you can't see) and then hit the enter key

Problem solved. If you look at the photo of the dialog box. When you click into the Link to Image box the tab key then selects the Add button.

Eddy,

I had the same problem, and this seems to have worked. Thanks for fixing all my pictures in the past.

Eddy, using the method you described, how do we add more than one pic to a post. I tried to put two pics on my Cat ad thread and they came out side by side. How do we stack them on top of one another? Thanks

Insert a blank line between your pictures and they'll stack one on top of the other instead of running sideways.

Well I guess I flunked. I just tried it and they are still side by side. Before I posted it they were in a column. I brought the cursor down below the first pic to insert a blank line but the cursor turned into a 4 way cross??

I can't even get as far as "browse"-when I click on "insert image" my pc says "boo-boop", and nothing happens. Pop-up blocker is off...any suggestions?

Just a test post here.

after I added the image (clicking the picture Icon, then doing the browse & add thing) I hit return (enter) to bring the cursor down below the 1st pic & that adds the 2nd pic below instead of side by side.

T.

NOTE: before I added the 1st pic, I did not hit the return (enter) button so the pic did not line up on the left tab but behind the word "here". it is best to hit the return (enter) button before & after adding the pic so the pic will line up on the left tab.

not trying to step on toes here, but sometimes having a not so computer savy person explaining how to do something on the 'puter is better.

T.T.
