4. Click on "Not Registered, Create new account" as seen in the photo below. 
5. The following window appears. 
6. Type you first and last name in box #1. 7. Type a password in Box #2 and repeat it in box #3. 8. Click on Continue. You have created your account and are now ready to log into the Research Library.
