It's unanimous, this fire truck is a 1932 Indiana. I don't know who built the apparatus either, but the pump looks large and unusual. Brockway bought out Indiana in 1927, but ran into financial diffficulties and had to sell Indiana to White in 1932. Although the White name appeared prominently in Indiana advertising, to the best of my knowledge the White name never appeared on the badges of Indiana trucks.  David Boudrie had this 1st.
