I have an old 1947 clark planelift ( forklift) with pneumatic 16” dayton style spoked wheel rims. ( no center) Is there a tubeless rim style that i could change too? They are duels on front and single on rear steering axle. The current size is 6:50 x16” rims with retainer ring (2 piece)

May be, most likely not. In most cases, when going from flat based tube type to tubeless, you add two and a half to the rim diameter and one size up on the tire. AS far as I know, there is no such thing as a 18.5 tubeless rim.
There are 17.5 tubeless but you would have to measure the inside lip and compare to the 16" rim you have now. I don't think it will fit.
Learn to handle the tube types safely and you'll have far more choices in 16" tires.
