"I'm trying to find the make and model." I don't know exactly what you want to know, but it is a Diamond T (which was a division of White Motor Corp.) and the model is listed as a DF5020.
Its age is between 1958 (roughly) when this cab design came about and 1966. (in 1967 the division name was changed to Diamond Reo)
As for price, there are no set values on this old stuff , but somewhere between salvage yard value, or a bit more, on up to whatever someone who is collecting this particular model will pay.
If I were interested, I'd start the bidding at what the salvage yard would pay if you delivered it to their yard and I would pick it up on your driveway. (from there I would be willing to negotiate some, but this will never be a high dollar deal)

Others may have different opinions!

I have an old diamond t beer truck. I'm trying to find the make and model.

Also, is it worth anything as is?

It was also used in the making of the films: Striking Distance & Innocent Blood

VIN#: EE502DC566897

If anyone knows anything it would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you
