Definitely a stalwart of the organization. He will be truly missed and even in recent years when he could no longer travel, his absence at board meetings was very noteworthy as he brought so much to the organization. With his health challenges, we were certainly blessed to have him as long as we did.

Sad news indeed. As you noted, Terry (and Judy) put a lot into ATHS, and old trucks. We'll miss you Terry.
Life  is like a roll of toilet paper the closer  you get to the end, the faster it goes!  Enjoy each day.

Hy folks, I have some sad news to report, Terry Dovre passed away this afternoon. Terry had been an ATHS member for thirty plus years, he had worked his way up through the board. Terry was the only man I know who held the position of Chairman of the Board many times. Terry was president when we purchased the "Home of Our Own". Terry along with his wife and right hand Judy ran the Oregon Trail chapter for years. Terry Judy and a few other visionaries started the Pacific Northwest Truck Museum in Brooks Oregon and Terry and Judy had been shepherding it for years. Terry and Judy are close personal friends of mine and I know that Terry will be missed by his countless friends and the two institutions he worked so hard to establish and grow. I'll miss you a lot buddy
