HI,

I am currently looking at a 1965 International VF-220 for a project, and I am having difficulty finding out what the base empty weight of this Tractor. (my hauler needs it to give me a cost to move it)

I have the Data Plate which lists its Max GVW as 43000 lbs., but no base empty weight.

If anyone on here could help me out or direct me where to go looking, it would be greatly appreciated

Thank you

My K-7 is 8k, I think you are low Dan. Need more info, gas or diesel? single or twin screw? I would guess between 11-15K

I spent some time on those back in the day and if memory serves me right they ran around the 14,00 to 15,000 mark as a tandem with a 549 gasser and a 10 spd. Roadranger.

For governments who try to tax themselves into prosperity is like standing in a bucket and trying to lift themselves up by the handle.

Geoff---- The V-line was my tip it was gas and figured the 220 model definitely would be powered with a 549. but I missed that F designation which definitely makes it a tandem. So I'll revise my figure to around 10K, no more than 11K.
