Yes, it's definitely a Diamond T, that cab is unmistakeable. This streamliner appeared in a 1939 ad for the Austin Trailer Equipment company, touting their compensating fifth wheel. David, I don't know if this combination is a Count Alexis de Sakhnoffsky design or not, but the front portion of the cab is all Diamond T. Bill White had this 1st.
