looking good!  seeing this sort of stuff really lights the fire under me to get going on mine again.  Didn't realize how close you were to me, you should bring it up to my truck show - last weekend of July in Cache Creek, B.C....

45 degree cold start, pull out.  It still had 50 PSI of air from 2 days ago when I last started it.  Didn't move it until I had 90.  I really like the compressor.  Fast and I don't seem to have any significant leaks anywhere.  Runs good.  My blog is updated.

It is getting anti-freeze in it in a day or 2.  My garage will only go below freezing if it is into the teens or below.  We might get 20-30 freezing nights here a winter.  Generally it stays in the 40's at night due to the proximity of the Pacific and Puget Sound.  I'm less then a mile from the water, protected from most of the winds and my garage is pretty well insulated.  Before I leave on Monday it will be good to go.

When you say you put in water....did you also add antifreeze, or just water?    I have heard of too many accidental block freezes to ever put plain water in anything....unless you live in an area where it does not freeze year round.  All it takes is your garage heat going out...or simply forgetting it doesn't have antifreeze to cause major problems.

Not sure that will work.  I can't see how it will connect to the engine and my alternator.

Congratulations, Kevin, always fun to hear them fire up for the first time.
