Agree with SANFORD group.  One of the last ones with a SANFORD built chassis.  Looks like 1 of 10 N-75 Models built for the U.S. Navy between 1943 and 1945.

The Sanford Fire Equipment Corp. built 10 Model N-75 750 gpm pumpers for the US Navy between 1943-45. Units shipped to the Navy carried Sanford serial numbers N751-N760.
