Personally I never knew that MH's were made out of fiberglass, thanks for informing me of that.  I do find that intresting considering they did not haul a lot of weight, so that weight saving measure is intresting to me. Were any other of their cabs made out of fiberglass? I was talking about the Mack CH's headed to the scrap yard. Here are a few.

I suspect the MH's fiberglass cab may have frustrated the scrappers- Perhaps that explains why a few MHs have escaped UPS's yards intact?

I've passed by plenty of scrap yards and even seen a few loads on Landoll trailers headed to the tourch. I thought they were all cut up for scrap. Very intresting.

Yup, lot of UPS features- extended frame to put the front bumper out a bit, old style step tanks, square spot mirrors, etc.. I can't think of any other company that speced all those features on MHs. And seemed like most of the MHs, or at least the single rear axle day cab ones, were bought buy UPS.

Too bad it's been assaulted by the usual "stupid used truck dealer tricks"- Put on a dump body and shiny wheels and wait for some newbie to pay big bucks for a ginned-up Mack "dump truck". And an elevating scissors body in Wisconsin?

Sure looks like UPS mirrors mounted on it as well  as the square fuel tank with built in step. Just my two cents worth. UPS man from Michigan.

They surely think a lot of it for 12 large.

I can't get anymore out of it, I've got both sticks hot clear up to the knobs allready.

The seat isn't UPS.... they used a short back with a brown cotton duck cover... can't remember if the interiors were tan or grey... I used to drive these when working out of Stevens Point or Rhinelander, WI.

If it has manual steering that would make it UPS IMHO.

Looked at that truck a couple days ago and thought the same thing. As per UPS, there are no truck builder logos on the outside of the cab. Of course, this could be a Tomer speced trucked and was trying to be incognito!LMAO!!!!! :D

Looks like UPS specs- single round headlight, bumper set forward a few inches, 5 speed tranny, box for the vehicle inspection booklet in the right place, brown seat covers, etc.. Wish they wouldn't have put that dump box on it though.
