Definitely a Grumman body. I've hauled GM,Ford,and Dodge strip chassis in the past, this looks like none of them. Based on that,and since I can't remember Spartan building anything this light,I'll agree with Brian. Oshkosh.

Judging by the shadows, I see they "grafted" the body on after the picture was taken. Grumman body, chassis ??
