I realize things will get to be easy once we're used to the new layout, but here's an insignificant item that may be possible to address. ????

When I call up the "Truck Shows" forum the current month shows on the left side and on the right side the previous month and the following month show. When I click on the arrow to the left of a week in the following month (on the right side of the page) the shows for that week come up. If I want to see another week in that month I can't go to the right side of the page and click the next week that I want to see because the month in question is not one of the two months shown.

I realize I can click on the "jump to month" button and find the whole month, but it would be nice if we could just click on the next week we want to investigate on the right side of the page if the month was shown.

I hope what I'm saying is clear.

It is NOT a criticism, only a suggestion.

Congrtulations to all involved in setting up this new website. I'm sure it was a whale of a job.

I guess you have to be a moderator to post Truck Show info? I wanted to add the following:

September 13, 2008, 7th Annual Rocky Mountain Chapter ATHS Truck Show, Salina Utah at the Robinson Transport Museum

If one of the Moderators would add this to the calender that would be great. Thanks.

Tim I see what you are talking about you would like to see the previous / current / and next month shown in the side bar

you can click on an arrow that is on the currnet opened month to the far left and see the flat view of that week but to go to the next you have to click on the back browser button. To be honest I have only looked at the forum a couple of times while Eddy was setting it up, Partly because  I have no interest in shows that I am not going to but mostly because I had my own things to work on.

Jolly since I didn't have any need to do anything in this forum we didn't set me up with permissions to make additions

I think it sucks that you turned around the way the posts are added. For years it has been okay to continue to add to the next, all of a sudden one person wants it different, so now instead of just going to page 2 or 5 or what ever, I have to change my settings multiple times to view what I have not yet seen. I have very limited time to view the forums that is why I so enjoy the "posts since last visit", but now I have to keep making changes and guessing which page, 1 or 5, I need to click on to get to the most recent posts. With the most recent posts being added to the top, now I have to scan down and then read from the bottom to the top. What is next? Reading from right to left?

You do not say with what you are viewing the forums but with my desktop and laptop nothing has changed for years. All the newest posts are always on the last page of the thread. When I get here, I select "Latest Posts" and the last page of the thread is where those posts are located.

Fred, you are answering a spammer on a 7 year old thread. LOL
