If the truck sits for a week, it has lost its fuel system prime. Where is the most likely source of air in leakage? It's in an MH but I don't know any more details.   Thanks.

Fred

Ahhh, there's nothing like the smell of diesel fumes in the morning.

Look for damp fittings but the one place i guess is most common is the overflow valve or some call it a fuel pressure regulator check valve. It will be on the out let side of the fuel galley of the injection pump. The injector return line will leak down and if you look it will be on the front of the head down to the fuel pump. This is on a 4 valve. On a 2 valve the return banjo fittings on top of the injectors can leak fuel down. But like any fuel system a loose fuel filter and all of the things you cannt see with your eyes.
