It's hard to see the louvers on top of the hood because they are smashed down, but I agree with Bill and Don-Fageol.

I've seen this picture before because of the lurker in the background.  I can't remember what the main truck was identified back then, that would be cheating anyway.  I'll say Kleiber just to throw another name out there.

No idea on the truck, but that rig on the back looks like something that was used to service elevated railways, it could be lowered for transport.

Will go with the Fageol crowd.No idea on the left background is either. The yellow back ground is a 53 to 55 Ford.
