Don't let the rhd & European tag fool you, this big mixer is all-American. And, it appears, very stuck. Emblem removed. Photo from Brian Kelly.

I have no idea, but I'd better contribute something...

That's a UK registration from the late fifties or early sixties, say 55-63.  The car in the background is an Austin, something like a Devon or Somerset

No idea about the truck though

The car is not a Somerset or Devon more like a A90 series

There are lots of interesting answers here, but only one is right. MN3240 put all the letters together and came up with CCC: Crane Carrier Corporation. Crane Carrier built more than just chassis for cranes, they also built many other specialized models for the construction industry. CCC started out in 1953 in Tulsa Oklahoma, and was an off shoot of the Zeligson truck and Equipment Company. CCC purchased Available trucks in 1957, and Maxi Corporation in 1959, and moved both to Tulsa. Thanks to Brian Kelly for the photo.

I think Gordon is right about the years (with the dual headlights it is probably '60's), but I'm staying out of the car controversy !
