Looking good Mike. There is no mistaking that Freightliner! Have you added anymore videos? Probably cooled off enough in south Texas for you to work on it to get it finished. Will be looking forward to more pics and video of that green machine! Bruce

I would imagine anything with a 3408 Cat in it will become more collectable as years pass.

There is a premium attached to a unit with an 08, I drove those back in the day and yes at the time they had some serious grunt, also had 3 friends that owned them who were happy with them but when the time comes that you have to get into them the cost would buckle most people's knees. They as well licked up the fuel pretty good, it didn't take long before they were surpassed by the ever increasing power output of various renditions of the 3406's and N-14's not to mention better fuel economy and cheaper maintenance costs. There was the weight factor to consider also.

For governments who try to tax themselves into prosperity is like standing in a bucket and trying to lift themselves up by the handle.

Well, half of the asking price is in the engine and low mileage .

I agree ever one with a decent truck that lives near me wants just a little to much for the trucks
